This week marks the launch of our new blog tag – Building Blocks - which will guide you through the foundations of construction and engineering law. Over the coming weeks, we will be posting blogs covering areas such as:
- the difference between deeds and simple contracts,
- payment provisions in construction contracts, and
- an overview of adjudication.
