Welcome to our construction and engineering blog. We are launching our blog to coincide with the changes to the Construction Act, which take place on 1 October 2011, and our first blog looks at the changes to the Act. You will also find blogs on other changes that are coming into force on 1 October, including new rules for the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) returns, legislation with regard to procurement and the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
