Building Safety - Safety Case Report

The Building Safety Bill provides that the principal accountable person for an occupied higher-risk building (which as things currently stand, is a building with at least 2 residential units and which is also at least 18 metres in height or has at least 7 storeys) must prepare a safety case report (and revise the report when necessary and appropriate).

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has recently published 'Safety case principles for high-rise residential buildings'. Click here for the publication.
