With the end of 2012 just around the corner, we look back on what has been another testing time for the global economy. Many of our projects this year for clients have of course been a function of the market conditions: seeking out new business and investment opportunities; internal restructuring and alignment of resources with core purposes; a continued focus on performance and efficiency; and, of course, supporting management to respond to the changes and challenges which happen on a daily basis. During the year we have also completed our own strategy review and undertaken some internal restructuring to create new groups to put us on the best footing to support our clients with their plans going forward. Everyone in our Cambridge office has also been busy getting ready to move to Botanic House in the new year which offers some stunning views across the city and into the Botanic Gardens. It also promises to provide a modern, collaborative working environment for our lawyers and support staff alike. We look forward to your visit (once we have unpacked the boxes !).
