Breaking Ground - 25 February

Our first Breaking Ground of 2026 will feature a roundup of some of the most prominent cases of 2025 and some thoughts on their implications for the construction and insurance sector.

The session will cover:

  • Laura and Andrew giving an overview of some of the most high-profile fire safety / Building Safety Act cases decided in 2025; and
  • David discussing some of the implications for Insurers of the current Building Safety legislation and recent case law

2025 saw the first round of heavily contested Building Safety caselaw and indicates the direction of travel going forward.

Please join us for an insight into how those authorities will shape the battleground in the years to come, and the implications for construction professionals and insurers alike.
