Following Quentin’s talk we will host a panel session where Quentin and our very own Pili Fernandez-Mahoney will answer questions about the Tribunal experience and recount some of their more memorable moments. Pili is an experienced advocate in the Tribunal and used to appearing in front of the Tribunal on complex multi day cases.
This event would be of interest to those with responsibility for Human Resources and for case management of Tribunals. It's aimed at helping you to prepare your managers and case so that it lands in the best possible way with the Tribunal, improving its chances of success. There will also be networking opportunities over drinks and canapés.
