Pili has over 15 years experience of employment tribunal advocacy and advising across a full spectrum of sectors on employment law issues. This ranges from advice in relation to complex disciplinary, grievance and absence issues to redundancy, TUPE, industrial relations, equal pay, difficult staff exits, including work across multiple jurisdictions. Pili has particular expertise in defending complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims.
