Building resilience: What clients want from their law firm

Clients are constantly demanding new ways for law firms to support them and keep pace with the ever-changing world we live and work in.

To help understand what a law firm of 2025 will look like we carried out in-depth interviews with nearly 90 of our clients and contacts. The findings were fascinating, so we have decided to share them with the wider world.

We found that resilience is key to survival; the ability to adapt and access smart advice when you need it has never been more important. The findings, which have formed the basis for our new report, Building resilience - what clients want from their law firm, also revealed that relationships are truly fundamental and having a strategic partner alongside you when making the toughest decisions is essential.
