Eight new partner promotions for 2025

The promotions will take effect from 1 June 2025 with 185 partners now spread across our seven offices.

The promotions span various key sectors, including education, insurance, and real estate, while also covering construction, employment, corporate, commercial and family law.

We have successfully achieved our goal of increasing the percentage of women partners to 33% by 2025, reaching this milestone two years ahead of schedule. From 1 June, women will comprise 40% of total partners, with five more women joining the partnership in the latest round of promotions.

Senior partner, Charles Staveley, commented: “I’m really pleased to see so many of our principal associates advancing to partner this year. As a firm, we’re dedicated to investing in the development of our people, enabling them to reach their full potential and progress to the next level. These promotions are a testament to that commitment, and to the hard work of the lawyers themselves. I wish them all the best and am confident they will continue to thrive within our collaborative partnership.”
