Real estate team advises Goya/Hillwood on Wycombe distribution park lettings

Goya Developments and Hillwood – a Perot Company – have completed two leases in quick succession at the Crest Distribution Park site in Wycombe.

Constant Air Systems has taken a lease of Unit 4 (at 28,826 sq ft), while Sky Tyres has taken up occupation at Unit 7 (measuring 14,515 sq ft), leaving only Unit 8 available to let.

Located near Junction 4 of the M40, with links to London, Oxford, Maidenhead and Birmingham, Crest Distribution Park is an eight unit speculative warehouse development, with buildings ranging from 7,500 to 30,000 sq ft.

Andy Stothard, development director at Goya Developments, commented: "It’s great to get these two leases over the line, and we’re excited at the prospect of Crest Distribution Park being fully let in the near future.

"With our new development at Hurricane Urban Hub in Reading completing shortly, we’re delighted to see further growth in the South East."

Mills & Reeve acted for Goya/Hillwood on each of the lettings, and the team was led by real estate principal associate Graham Collier alongside senior associate Emily Revel.

Graham said: "We’re delighted to have worked alongside the team throughout the lifecycle of Crest Distribution Park, from the acquisition of the site through to each of the lettings to date. We’re looking forward to seeing the site being fully occupied once the final unit is let."

Agents acting on the lettings were: DBK & Knight Frank.
