What can I do for you

Archie is an associate in the commercial team advising clients on a broad range of commercial, regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters. His practice includes helping businesses navigate consumer protection, food labelling, digital & e-commerce regulation and, advertising and marketing law, as well as advising on commercial contracts and intellectual property.

Supporting your ambitions

Archie works with clients ranging from established brands to growing businesses, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice to support product launches, marketing campaigns and day-to-day commercial operations. He regularly advises on regulatory compliance, advertising clearance and intellectual property issues.

What else should you know

Alongside his commercial and regulatory practice, Archie is developing his intellectual property practice, including trade marks, copyright and brand protection. He has experience advising businesses in the food, consumer and technology sectors, drawing on his broader commercial and regulatory background to provide practical, joined-up advice.
