She prepares professional appointments, warranties, variation agreements and novation agreements, and has experience drafting trade contracts and letter of intents.

Christabel has experience supporting various levels of the team and working on a variety of issues from inception to completion of construction and engineering projects, particularly for the development and refurbishment of residential and commercial units.

Christabel also deals with the execution of all types of construction documents and is proficient in the use of DocuSign.
