What can I do for you

Grace is an associate in the construction team and has worked in construction law for 4 years.

She has experience of drafting framework agreements, amendments to the JCT Design & Build and the Minor Works (both with and without design), and the preparation of professional appointments, warranties, variations and novations.

She also deals with the execution of all types of construction documents and has a particular expertise in the use of DocuSign.

Supporting your ambitions

Grace acts for large real estate developers and investment companies, as well as pension funds.
