Jack is a senior associate in the firm's surety team. He advises clients in the UK, Europe, and the US on matters such as facility terms, recourse and security packages, and bonds and guarantees, including indemnity arrangements. In addition, he supports the wider banking team on general corporate lending and trade, and real estate finance transactions. Prior to joining Mills & Reeve, Jack worked as a legal advisor at UK Export Finance, where he advised on bonds, guarantees, and facilities used in the construction, aviation, and defence industries.

Jack enjoys working with his clients on the many varied and often complex projects and transactions where surety instruments are used. As well as advising sureties on routine matters such as bond wording and facility/ indemnity agreements, Jack supports his clients on more complex structures, involving bespoke bond wording, co-surety agreements, and inter-creditor/ shared security arrangements.
