Jacqui specialises in insurance coverage work across a wide variety of policies including cyber, political risk & trade credit, political violence, war risks & terrorism, D&O and professional indemnity. She also assists insurers and insureds in defence work across a broad range of professional indemnity policies and has particular experience defending construction professionals and technology professionals.
Jacqui also advises on general commercial dispute resolution.

Jacqui has helped many clients achieve successful resolution of disputes through alternative dispute resolution by way of mediation, adjudication and other forms of negotiation. She has also been involved in successfully fighting claims through the Courts by way of interim applications, High Court trial, and at the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

A particular highlight for Jacqui was her involvement in the Court of Appeal case of P&P Properties v (1) Owen White & Catlin (2) Crownvent where she assisted in successfully responding to an appeal following a successful trial of a claim against a lawyer and an estate agent (Mills & Reeve acted for the estate agent).
What else should you know
Jacqui is an active member of the CSR team in the London office and is responsible for organising teams of people to participate in the Whitechapel Breakfast Challenge, preparing and serving breakfast to hundreds of homeless people.
