What can I do for you

Justin is an associate in the firm’s regulatory, public and commercial disputes team. He advises clients on a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation and regulatory disputes. Justin’s work has a particular focus on sport, however he also has experience advising clients within the education and government sectors.

Supporting your ambitions

Justin works on a range of general commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, and reputational management matters. He supports both private and public sector clients through all stages of the dispute process, from proactively managing risk to avoid potential disputes, to formal proceedings where required.

In the sports industry, Justin has advised agents, clubs and governing bodies on regulatory matters such as Rule K arbitrations, PFCC proceedings, CAS cases, and anti-doping disputes. He has also supported sports clients with Equality Act claims and other governance-related issues.

In the education sector, Justin has been involved in litigation concerning governance and judicial review. He also advises on contentious data protection issues, including engagement with the ICO and helping clients respond to cyber-attacks.

Before joining Mills & Reeve, Justin worked in-house at UK Anti-Doping, where he prosecuted athletes for doping offences.
