Kate is a specialist employment lawyer who loves working alongside businesses to help them plan for and resolve complex HR and people issues. She is an expert is providing focussed, strategic advice. Kate’s experience covers both domestic and international employment law, having provided integrated legal and HR support to multinational businesses for many years.

Kate’s particular areas of focus are helping clients plan for and execute strategic HR projects (such as acquisitions and restructures), managing tricky exits with minimal disruption and resolving sensitive people management issues.
