Maddie is an associate in the firm’s corporate team in Norwich. She advises on a variety of corporate matters across a broad range of sectors, specialising in share and asset disposals and acquisitions, reorganisations and large due diligence projects.
Maddie also has experience advising on company secretarial matters and providing advice to clients on company formation, company register audits and reconstitutions, and general corporate governance matters for shareholders and directors.

Maddie has worked on a wide range of transactions covering small owner managed businesses through to multi-million pound transactions and large group reorganisations covering multiple jurisdictions.
