Neil is an expert in defending claims against those working in both the construction industry and insurance brokers. He is known for his hard work, determination and innovative approach to getting results. 

In addition to his work on claims Neil focuses on supporting clients and those working in the industry with focused, practical risk management advice.

Supporting your ambitions

In a recent complex construction dispute Neil used all of his skills and experience to engineer a deal by bringing an innovative solution to the table  - instead of the traditional approach to damages, he engineered a transfer of ownership of the property to the claimant.

With brokers, Neil has led a team in developing a market leading "helpline" approach to the triage of claims at an early stage and as a consequence helps avoid issues becoming more expensive problems.
