What can I do for you

As a consultant (former partner) with Mills & Reeve, Nicola is working with clients and colleagues to further enhance the client experience for our education clients. This builds on and uses her experience of over 30 years in the sector, both as an employment lawyer and also client relationship management partner.

Supporting your ambitions

As an employment lawyer, Nicola has worked with clients to resolve workplace challenges or deliver to opportunities. Some recent examples include advice on performance issues with senior staff and large scale restructures. In all matters Nicola has worked with clients to understand their objectives and deliver to those.

In her role as client relationship partner, Nicola was responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience across all legal disciplines. Nicola would regularly meet clients to ensure that she understood their strategy and objectives, which were then communicated to and actioned by the Mills & Reeve team.
