A little about our environmental law team

We have one of the few environmental lawyers in the UK with first-hand experience in appealing under the statutory contaminated land regime.

We have significant expertise advising development sector clients on the management and remediation of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

One of our environmental solicitors successfully appealed an Environment Agency permit revocation notice, one of only three cases a revocation notice has been overturned.

Collaborating with our energy sector colleagues, we specialise in environmental issues associated with hydrogen, anaerobic digestion, gas and nuclear.
