New guidance has been published by the Charity Commission to help trustees decide when they must report a serious incident to the Commission relating to the coronavirus pandemic.
Trustees will particularly welcome the inclusion of a further pandemic-specific table of examples in the new guidance, setting out examples of situations that the Commission would expect to be notified as a serious incident, and those that they wouldn’t.
