Government broadens scope of health ‘operator’ in cyber directive

The Government has now published a response to its consultation on the Cybersecurity Directive.

Claire Williams highlights the key points in the consultation response, including expansion of the definitions of operators of essential services covered by the Cybersecurity Directive.
