This is the first major piece of post-Brexit legislation affecting the life science industry. It was presented to Parliament earlier this month and MPs will have the opportunity to review the main principles of the legislation during its second reading on 2 March. The Bill will enable the Government to update the existing regulatory frameworks following the expiry of the Brexit transition period at the end of this year.
