Eight principal associates have been promoted to partners, effective from 1 June 2026, taking the total number of partners to 195 across the firm’s seven offices.
The new partners span a range of practice areas, including corporate, commercial, real estate, family and insurance disputes, reflecting the breadth of the firm’s client offering and continued investment in key sectors and regions.

Meet our new partners
Alastair Cotton
Alastair specialises in providing commercial and intellectual property advice to clients in the sport, media and technology sectors. He helps clients to protect, exploit and licence their content, rights and data.
Alexa Jones
Alexa specialises in resolving professional negligence claims and policy disputes. She advises insurers and professionals on coverage and liability issues, as well as professional disciplinary matters.
Andrew Moore
Andrew is a family law solicitor, acting predominantly for business owners. He leads the family and children team’s business sector nationally, advising on a range of complex and sensitive matters, including financial arrangements and relationship breakdown.
Anna Aldous
Anna is a real estate lawyer, working with clients on all aspects of development, including site assembly, promotion and option agreements, overage provisions, as well as commercial retail and other employment leases.
Christina O’Brien
Christina works on a wide range of corporate matters, including transactions and advisory work for businesses at different stages of growth. She has varied sector interests, mainly focusing on tech, life sciences and green energy.
Hayley Simonds
Hayley advises public and private companies, private equity houses and high net worth individuals on all aspects of private company law. She is experienced in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and matters of corporate governance.
Katrina Anderson
Katrina specialises in commercial law, advising on compliance with regulation that touches on businesses’ relationships with consumers. This includes consumer protection, food labelling, digital and e-commerce regulation and advertising/marketing law.
Peter Collins
Peter is a real estate lawyer, advising clients on complex investment and development projects, with a particular focus on strategic land and development and patient capital investment.
