What can I do for you

Caroline specialises in the law relating to construction and engineering projects, acting for the full range of different parties involved in them. She advises on, drafts and negotiates all the different contracts required to protect her clients' interests, so that they know how the risk in the project is allocated and can secure their position accordingly.

Supporting your ambitions

Caroline has worked on a wide variety of high-profile construction and engineering projects all over the country.

Recently, she has advised several large NHS trusts on the development of premises they have acquired, and many higher and further educational establishments on a broad range of construction and engineering issues.

Predominantly, Caroline has advised Aston Student Village on Aston University's development of new student accommodation. In addition, she is currently advising Cranfield University on numerous development projects arising from its Masterplan 2014, which is intended to shape the development of its estate for 25 years.
