Fiona is a specialist commercial health lawyer. She has extensive experience of clinical services contracting and procurement, including advising on many high profile and novel NHS projects. Fiona also regularly advises on NHS legislation and policy, governance issues, commissioning, primary care (medical, dental and community pharmacy) and integrated and partnership working, including new care models.

Supporting your ambitions

Fiona takes pride in helping clients put successful patient services in place. She has recently worked on a ground breaking procurement for an integrated care organisation to run a long term contract for out of hospital services integrated with primary care. She is also helping to deliver a major commissioning project for integrated health and care services under an innovative model of care. Fiona has helped many clients resolve a range of complex issues to successfully conclude multi-million pound procurements. She also helps clients in successfully and robustly removing inadequate and unsafe services.

What do others say?

Clients describe Fiona as providing "excellent support and advice" which is "quick and commercial". On a recent major commissioning project the client said she is "responsive and professional, providing focused advice against pressurised timescales".

What else should you know?

Fiona's paper on the implications of proposed reforms to health legislation was quoted in the Bill Committee debate that helped shape the final legislation. She was delighted to make a positive contribution to the development of legislation affecting her clients.
