What can Gary do for you?
Gary is a specialist in construction and engineering law. He advises clients on:
- avoiding, managing and resolving contractual disputes, in particular regarding payment, extensions of time and loss and expense - he is regularly involved in adjudications and court proceedings and has particular experience of JCT and NEC contracts; and
- drafting and negotiating building contracts, sub-contracts, appointments and warranties.

Gary acted for the successful defendant in the reported Technology and Construction case - ISG Construction Limited v English Architectural Glazing Limited  EWHC 3482.
Gary has also recently acted on behalf of a contractor in the green energy sector regarding the construction of a sustainable power plant. Gary acted for the contractor in successful adjudication proceedings on the contractual interpretation of a liquidated damages cap.
