What can Greg do for you?
Having completed his training with the firm Greg has now become a member of Mills & Reeve's Projects team. Greg advises on all forms of PFI/PPP, concession and outsourcing projects for both public and private sector clients as well as funders. Greg has experience assisting clients in the health, defence, energy and student accommodation sectors.
Supporting your ambitions
Greg assisted the University of Exeter with the expansion of its student accommodation offering via a tailored concession arrangement with a private sector provider. Greg is now advising the University on a separate student accommodation project as well as supporting a number of other universities who are seeking to increase their on campus accommodation.
In the health sector Greg has worked with both funders and the private sector to create valuable health infrastructure both in England and Northern Ireland. Greg was part of the team who successfully delivered the first eLIFT scheme in Barrow-in-Furness.
What do others say?
During his training contract Greg was named Trainee Solicitor of the Year at the Birmingham Law Society Awards 2018 and was also short-listed for the Future Face of Legal at the Future Faces Awards 2017. Greg also spent time on secondment with an automotive client and was praised for his "enthusiasm, attention to detail and ability to provide concise advice."
What else should you know?
Greg is an active member of our CSR committee and was previously co-chair of the firm's Free Legal Advice Group. Greg worked alongside students from the University of Birmingham and fellow Mills & Reeve colleagues to provide advice to those who could not afford it.
Greg is a keen sportsman and has completed marathons in both Birmingham and York.
