What can Greg do for you?
Greg is an Associate and joined the Projects team on qualification in September 2018 after completing his training with the firm. Greg advises on all forms of PFI/PPP, concession and outsourcing projects for both public and private sector clients as well as funders. Greg has experience assisting clients in the health, defence, energy and student accommodation sectors.
Supporting your ambitions
Greg has assisted various universities and SPVs on the drafting and negotiation of off-balance sheet demand risk concession arrangements for both existing and new-build student accommodation, both within and outside of OJEU regulations.
Greg also has experience in advising government departments on the procurement of multi-million pound commercial contracts, including advising the Maritime & Coastguard Agency, Ministry of Defence and Department for Work & Pensions.
In the health sector Greg has worked with funders, the private sector and trusts to create valuable health infrastructure, including the first eLIFT scheme in Barrow-in-Furness and a primary care centre in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

Greg was named Trainee Solicitor of the Year at the Birmingham Law Society Awards 2018.
Following a recent completion for the Ministry of Defence, the commercial officer commented that Greg was "vital to our success" and "extremely responsive and helpful at all hours, kept on top of all of the issues and helped immeasurably with getting the contract documentation finalised."

Greg is head of the Cambridge Next Gen initiative which provides opportunities for junior members of the firm and local companies to form networks and develop their professional skills.
Greg is also an active sportsman, playing football for the office 5-a-side team and, in his spare time, competing in triathlons, most recently at the Castle Howard and Lake Windermere.
