What can Nathalie do for you?

Nathalie is a principal associate in the corporate education team and advises private and public clients on a broad range of corporate law, charity law, governance, regulatory and funding issues. In addition, she also advises clients on international matters affecting charities, not for profit organisations, higher education institutions, further education, training providers, schools and academies.

Supporting your ambitions

Nathalie is advising several higher education providers from the private sector on their registration with the Office for Students and ongoing compliance with all registration conditions.

She is also advising on the establishment of a new university to be set up in England as a joint venture project between international partners, under the new regulatory framework of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017.

Nathalie's involvement in a client's closing down of an international campus has offered her valuable insight in the potential pitfalls of collaborations.

What do others say?

"I would just like to say, I am extremely impressed with the service you have provided me over the past few weeks, thank you for all your efforts." A client

Nathalie is "impressive and highly experienced around contracts with higher education providers" (Legal 500, 2017/2018)

What else should you know?

She enjoys advising on international matters to provide a seamless client service and to achieve more, together with best friend firms across the United States, Latin America, Europe and Australasia.
