Supporting your ambitions
Nathalie is advising several higher education providers from the private sector on their registration with the Office for Students and compliance with all registration conditions.
She is also advising on the establishment of a new university to be set up in England as a joint venture project between international partners, under the new regulatory framework of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017.
Nathalie's involvement in a client's closing down of an international campus has offered her valuable insight in the potential pitfalls of collaborations.
