What can Nathalie do for you?
Nathalie is a principal associate in the corporate education team and advises private and public clients on a broad range of corporate law, charity law, governance, regulatory and funding issues. In addition, she also advises clients on international matters affecting charities, not for profit organisations, higher education institutions, further education, training providers, schools and academies.
Supporting your ambitions
Nathalie is advising several higher education providers from the private sector on their registration with the Office for Students and ongoing compliance with all registration conditions.
She is also advising on the establishment of a new university to be set up in England as a joint venture project between international partners, under the new regulatory framework of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017.
Nathalie's involvement in a client's closing down of an international campus has offered her valuable insight in the potential pitfalls of collaborations.

Nathalie is originally from Luxembourg where she qualified as an “avocat à la cour” in 2006. She works equally well in English, French, German or Luxemburgish.
