Supporting your ambitions
Rob recently structured, and obtained HMRC approval for, a real estate investment fund with a tax-advantaged feeder vehicle to enable pension funds to benefit from the fund’s property trading activity without themselves being exposed to the tax charges they would have suffered if trading themselves. On the corporate M&A side, Rob found a tax-efficient and finance-efficient solution to the challenge of extracting unwanted business and the extraction sale proceeds from a target group prior to closing without generating taxable income.
