An overview and analysis of the Procurement Bill and what lies ahead.
The Procurement Bill was first introduced to Parliament on 11 May 2022 and follows the consultation exercise kicked off by the Green Paper on Transforming Public Procurement. It is expected to become an Act later in 2022 or early in 2023 and will represent the most significant reform of public procurement law – and the way the NHS procures goods and services.
