What can Amy do for you?

Amy is a family lawyer specialising in complicated private children law. She advises parents on issues relating to the arrangements for children on divorce and separation. Many of Amy’s cases involve parents who live abroad, the relocation of children and child abduction. Amy advises on co-parenting arrangements, UK and international surrogacy and legal parentage arising out of donor sperm arrangements.

Supporting your ambitions

Many of Amy’s cases involve disputes which have become intractable with high conflict parents, issues of parental alienation, sexual abuse, domestic violence, mental health issues and drug and alcohol misuse. Amy has the expertise and the experience to be able to assist clients who find themselves in these situations.

Amy appreciates that resolving disputes about the arrangements for children on divorce and separation can be incredibly difficult. Her approach is sensitive, supportive and professional. Amy is committed to working with parents in a way that puts the best interests of children first.

What do others say?

Clients have praised Amy for her "responsive and balanced approach" and "not over-lawyering".  Amy has received the following feedback from clients:

  • “your integrity, professionalism and focus on client care can cost little, but count for an enormous amount, and you in my opinion have those in abundance.”
  • “Amy was patient and understanding but due diligent.”

What else should you know?

Amy is a parent herself and so she can empathise with the issues parents face trying to resolve arrangements for their children on divorce and separation as well as struggles around having a child.
