What can Amy do for you?
An experienced children lawyer, Amy assists clients on a wide range of issues relating to the arrangements for their children. Many of her cases are international.
She has the skills and expertise to help clients facing disputes which have become intractable with highly-conflicted parents, issues of parental alienation, allegations of abuse and mental health issues.
Supporting your ambitions
Amy has a particular interest and experience in international relocation cases and was successful in securing a client’s leave to remove application, which allowed a mother to relocate abroad with her children. She was also part of the team who successfully defended a leave to remove application on behalf of a father.
Amy advises clients on surrogacy, legal parentage and fertility law and has helped intended parents to be recognised as legal parents of their children born via surrogates.
She regularly helps clients reach agreement about the arrangements for their children without the need for Court proceedings.
What do others say?
