Diane’s an experienced litigation paralegal within our insurance disputes practice. Allocated a variety of tasks throughout a claim, she covers all bases ensuring witnesses are present and correct for the trial. Diane assists fee earners by securing procedural protection in the early stages of a claim and beginning the review of client papers and other documents as the litigation progresses.
Supporting your ambitions
Diane is a highly determined and focussed individual who believes in being professional but very persistent. She will track down the errant witness or drive through the release of records and information from her opponent or other non-parties. That can lay the foundations for Applications to Court where reluctant opponents leave us with no alternative.
