I have more than 18 years' experience advising on the full range of employment issues, from day to day employment law advice, TUPE, directors' service agreements and discrimination to board and other senior level exit agreements for both individuals and companies. I also mange employment Tribunal claims, including conducting my own advocacy where appropriate.
I have particular experience in the manufacturing, education and retail sectors as well as having a well-regarded practice advising on senior board exits, regularly receiving referrals from other solicitors in respect of their client's senior team exits.
