Natalie Selman

Natalie specialises in venture capital work, in particular helping early-stage growth companies to raise funds via equity or debt financing. She also typically advises investors (including angel investors, investor syndicates and venture capital funds) on their portfolio investments into companies. Natalie also carries out general corporate work, including advising companies on their set-up and general corporate governance. She will also often support on M&A transactions.

Natalie provides a pragmatic and commercial approach to transactions with clear and straightforward advice. This is important in fast paced venture capital transactions where companies and investors often need to meet tight funding deadlines. Natalie also helps clients to develop and maintain their template investment documents.
