Supporting your ambitions
One of Natalie’s highlights was a seven-month secondment to the UK’s largest car manufacturer. This provided an invaluable insight into the intellectual property issues faced by clients in the automotive sector.
Natalie advised the business on various brand protection matters, including how to protect its IP in new vehicles and technology, and managed the company’s global trade mark portfolio. She also advised the business on licensing opportunities and co-existence agreements to achieve commercial solutions to potential IP issues.
Natalie also played a key role in complex cross-border litigation in China and Brazil involving claims for copyright infringement and unfair competition.
What else should you know?
