Sue Scott

With a background in litigation and regulatory work, Sue advises colleagues on a range of compliance and regulatory issues. She supports the firm's senior management team in maintaining the firm's quality management system. Sue also helps resolve issues when, as in inevitable with a large firm, clients occasionally raise concerns about service.

One of the firm's objectives has been to achieve and maintain accreditation with the international quality management standard ISO 9001. Sue has been leading in this effort and in November 2017 the firm successfully achieved accreditation to the latest version of the standard. It was an opportunity for Sue (and more importantly the assessor) to see what a great cohort of colleagues she has, prepared to work together and go the extra mile for the result. Sue intends to keep the momentum going, as accredited status affords the opportunity for continuous improvement in support areas and client service.
