Vikki is a private client lawyer spending about 90 per cent of her time specialising in probate work. Her work includes applications for grants of representation and the administration of estates, including advising on inheritance tax and post death variations.

Vikki also advises on the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney, the registration of lasting and enduring powers of attorney and applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies.
Vikki works closely with her clients providing a personal service at what can often be a very difficult time for them. She offers support and understanding both of the indiviuals involved and the legal process, and is able to offer suggestions to help her clients reduce any inheritance tax that might be payable.

Vikki comes from a farming background and is a member of several professional organisations including the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Law Society Private Client Section and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). Vikki joined Mills & Reeve in 1989, joined the private client team in 1992 and qualified the following year.
